Please Note colours shown on this web site may vary slightly from the actual products. For final tile selection, be sure to see the complete range displayed at your Eureka Tiles Australia stockist. When selecting Eureka Tiles it is recommended that you view a square metre to experience the aesthetic colour, texture and originality of each tile range.

Tessellation Designs
Some tessellated options are subject to registered design protection.

Eureka Tiles recommend that the tiles;

  1. be laid with the extrusion lines found on the base of the tile running in the same direction
  2. be randomly selected from different packs when laying to produce a pleasing overall effect.
  3. be laid with an 8 - 10 mm grout joint in the case of Group Alla-Part 2 products
  4. be laid with an 6 - 8 mm grout joint in the case of Group Alla-Part 1 and Group Al products
  5. be fixed in accordance with AS/NZS 3958.1 ‘Guide to the installation of ceramic tiles’
  6. and that the adhesive used to fix the tiles is a minimum of ‘super grade’ and conforms to AS 4992.1 ‘Adhesives - For fixing ceramic tiles’

All tiles supplied as covered square metres. Sizes and weights are nominal and may be subject to change without notification.

Variations in colour and shade are inherent in all clay fired products. All tiles and accessories for any one project should be ordered at the same time to avoid the possibility of batch to batch variations.

No responsibility will be accepted for colour selection, matching, blending and any other physical or colour related defects once the tiles have been incorporated into any construction

These tiles are not required by ISO 13006 to be tested for resistance to phosphoric acids and therefore phosphoric acids or cleaners containing phosphoric acids are not recommended during installation or maintenance.

Tiles are tested to AS/NZS 4586:1999 ‘Slip resistance classification of new pedestrian surface materials’.

It is important to realise that test results obtained on unused factory-fresh samples may not be directly applicable in service, where propriety surface coatings, contamination, wear and subsequent cleaning all influence the behaviour of the pedestrian surface.

In order to interpret the classifications, please refer to Standards Australia Handbook HB197 ‘An introductory guide to the slip resistance of pedestrian surface materials’ which recommends minimum classifications for a wide variety of locations.
